Shipping & Pre-Orders

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (Australia)

Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours of your order being received.

Orders shipped locally in Australia are delivered via Australia Post's Standard Post service (Parcel Post) at a flat rate of $10. We offer FREE Shipping on all Domestic Orders over $50. Please allow 2-6 business days for domestic delivery.

We also offer Australia Post's Express Delivery service at flat rate of $14. This service offers next business day delivery to approx 80% of Australian addresses and PO Boxes. This service operates between all capital cities. If you do live in a remote area or have further questions related to delivery timing please refer to the Australia Post website and reference the Express Post service.

All orders are tracked by Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel its on its way to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of Australia)

We are lucky to have a large crew of Construction Journeymen and Women ordering our apparel from many parts of the world inc USA, MEX, CAN and UK.
International Deliveries can be expected to arrive within 5-26 business days from the time of shipment (depending on your location).  

Clothing & Apparel International Deliveries:

All clothing and apparel items are shipped internationally with DHL.
DHL International shipping is $35 AUD for all countries outside of Australia.
International shipping may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department when the order arrives. The recipient (yourself) is responsible for any additional charges required for customs clearance. GRAFT has no direct control on foreign charges of this nature and as such we cannot predict customs clearance rates specific to your country. 

Sticker Only International Deliveries:

Please note International Shipping for orders containing only stickers will be sent via Australia Post Standard International Post. This has a different shipping rate of $15 AUD – this charge includes Parcel Tracking.

All displayed website pricing (both product and shipping prices) are in Australian Dollars.

PRE-ORDERS

Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched as soon as they become available. Generally only a few weeks turn-around. If you place a preorder including other available items please note ALL ITEMS will be held until the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. Sometimes this creates confusion - the best way to think about it is that its only 1 delivery per order. If you'd prefer to have the other items in your order delivered prior to the item(s) on pre-order becoming available simply delete the pre-order item from your cart and purchase those items still available.

You can opt to be notified when the item is restocked as well if that helps.
